Working out is the bodys way of staying or becoming healthy. 46,000 people were studied and the findings concluded that exercise relieves certain allergies, high cholesterol, depression, insomnia and respiratory infections. Other treatments that are considered equivalent to exercise are massage, proper nutrition, herbs, and acupuncture. Regular exercise also worked equally well as prescription medications for arthritis and back pain.
