AthleKinetix Exercise Library
The AthleKinetix Exercise Library is very simple to use. The following article will give you tips and recommendations on how to use it.
Before each class or client, prepare by either selecting groupings of cards or ramdomly select from the deck. Don't stress if one workout has more leg than arm exercises or more plyometrics and less isometrics, each class or session will be a totally different experience and each one will maintain intensity and effectiveness. Be sure to select exercises from each category so that you create a well rounded, full body experience. Do all exercises until you see at least 50% of people really working - then do 10 more!
There may be some repetition of exercises but since you only do one set of each exercise it will not be redundant.
